Welcome to BadRedhead Media

In addition to writing, I’m also a social media consultant.

Notice I don’t say expert, guru, or any of those goofy words #thankgod

Here’s my deal: I started my blog back wow, now about four years ago in ’08. Mostly because like you, I had something to say. And after hanging all day with my precious Tasmanian devil child young son, I wanted to share my thoughts and feelings on topics other than diapers and formula. Fancy that.

I embraced blogging and social media like a dog to a bone. Perhaps it’s my sales and marketing background (fifteen years of pharma sales — I’m now recovered, thanks) or my Communications/Journalism degrees, but I couldn’t wait to get all up in this (snap) new media stuff.

Blogger, Facebook, Twitter — yea! Okay…I’m here everyone…! Now what?

Perhaps many of you feel the same. And that’s where I come in.

I can help you figure out the maze of social media, simplify it, make it work for you. My specialties include:

  • Social Media (Twitter is my specialty; also Facebook, LinkedIn, and blogging basics)
  • Branding
  • Marketing strategy
  • Amazon
  • Author platform development

Please contact me here through the email link or email me at RachelintheOC(AT)gmail(DOT)com to discuss your needs. If I’m not the right person for you, I know lots of terrific people who are amazingly smart and talented. I’ll happily refer you.
